Mission Statement

The mission of Alliance For Children is to unite the communities of Tarrant County to fight child abuse by providing children's justice centers that coordinate the efforts of partner agencies and facilitate the delivery of needed services.

Description

Alliance For Children is a children's advocacy center that works with partner agencies, the Department of Family Protective Services, local law enforcement agencies, the Tarrant County District Attorney's Office and Cook Children's Medical Center to provide teamed investigations of child abuse in a child centered environment. In addition to investigative services, Alliance For Children provides case managment services and counseling to children and families through the Family Advocate Program. Alliance For Children seeks to create awareness about child abuse programs through prevention and out reach services. Alliance For Children has three locations one in Arlington, one in Fort Worth, and one in Northeast Tarrant County.

There are a lot of children outside of the loop who needs help. I have worked with children most of my career and know that at times children need to know of a safe place that they can go to with out repercussions. They need toknow that someone will fight their battles with them.
