Mission Statement

Cascade Animal Protection Society is an all volunteer non-rofit organization dedicated to saving the lives of homeless, injured and unwanted animals in the Puget Sound area. CAPS has a no-kill policy.

Description

The animals we take into our care live in foster homes until a permanent, responsible home is found. Our adoptable cats can also be visited at PetSmart.
