Ability Beyond's mission is to discover, build and celebrate the ability in all people. We are dedicated to empowering every person, no matter their ability, to have the opportunity to live, work and thrive as an integral part of their community. Over the span of 70 years, we have grown from a volunteer-based organization that served local children to a regional provider of award-winning programs that support the lives of more than 3,000 people annually across Connecticut and New York, and nationally through our consulting arm Disability Solutions. Our headquarters are located in Bethel, CT and Chappaqua, NY and our regional programs span across Fairfield, Litchfield, Westchester and Putnam counties.
