Mission Statement
The Native American Indian Center of Central Ohio exists to adequately preserve, protect, and promote Native American values concerns (culture/traditions, rights, spirituality/ideology, sustainability, and overall individual and community well-being).
Description
The Native American Indian Center of Central Ohio offers a clothing pantry is open to the public Monday-Friday 10am-5pm. Also a fresh food pantry that is open Tuesday through Friday from 10:00am-12:00pm. Donations are accepted. The White Bison program is a national AA program designed specifically for the Native Americans in recovery. One meeting is hosted weekly on Mondays from 6:30-8:00 pm. the Circles of Care Project (planning grant through SAMHSA with primary focus given to infrastructure development within the local service provider realm of central Ohio to promote wellness for Native American children and families.)
