Empowering Men and Women For Recovery II is located in Harvey, Illinois which as witnessed a decrease in social services while poverty, substance abuse numbers continue to rise and litracy scores drop. And with the daunting challenges of this economic crisis and state average drop out rate at a staggering 43.3% - chronic truancy is 14.0% and our low income enrollment is 61.4%. We need to secure a site, for our purely charitable organization. our primary purpose is to achiveve and restore lives, along with our communities.


The goal for Empowering Men and Women for Recovery II is to turn this trend around by brining back hard work dedication and strong belief in our familes and individuals living in the South Suburban area of Chicago Illinois.

Currently we are delivering free services such as Spritual Overcomers Recovery Meetings, Youth Mentoring Program,as well as any food which is not healthy for all who desire to live a healthier lifestyle. We cover nutrtion, diet, exercise and have the support of medical professionals who donate their time and experience as well as people in recovery who have been able to use the twelve steps to overcome addiction to unhealthy living habits.

G.E.D.P. Class Assessment Testing

Entrepreneurship Job Training
Tuesdays & Thursdays (1:00pm - 2:30pm)

Mentoring Program
Wednesdays (4:00pm - 6:00pm)

Spiritual Overcomers Recovery Meetings
Thursdays (6:00pm - 7:30pm)

Computer Lab Program
Fridays ( 5:00pm - 6:30pm)
