How the Program works - Hope for the Homeless supplies support and resources to service organizations throughout Los Angeles ... to help them increase advocacy and success for clients.

Our Street Outreach team provides individuals and families with specialized services including hygiene kits, healthcare information, and program and service referrals. The team also prioritizes housing through a coordinated entry system (CES) for those who are most vulnerable. They simplify the process for securing permanent supportive housing by advocating and accompanying clients to all necessary appointments.

Our Volunteer Team recruit, train and supervise volunteers for organizations in the community which supports the goal of Hope for the Homelessness.
