The Cortland County SPCA is dedicated to ensuring the best possible quality of life for animals and to promoting respect and reverence for them. We strive to: prevent cruelty to animals; curb pet overpopulation.; and promote community responsibility for humane care, treatment, and well-being of all animals through adoption, education, information, investigation, and action.
