Mission Statement

Concerned Care Hospice strives to provide our terminally ill patients, their caregivers, and family members with the support that they may need to make the dying process as comfortable as possible, less frightening, and to help the caregivers and family members focus on their loved one's quality of life as opposed to the quantity.

Description

Volunteers are a part of the hospice team. They are concerned individuals of all ages who are willing to give their time and talents to help hospice families in many ways. They come from all walks of life, bonded by the mutual desire to serve others in need. At Concerned Care Hospice there is a place for you as a hospice volunteer. The rewards of caring and sharing are beyond measure.
