Mission Statement

Camp Adventure provides children with cancer both on and off treatment, with the opportunity to meet other survivors. Camp Adventure also serves the siblings of children with cancer. We offer respite to the parents and a supportive network to help cope and heal.

Description

Camp Adventure is a one-week residential camp experience. We offer a time to share ideas, hopes, fears and dreams with other children who can understand their perspective. Our camp is also a fantasy week, with terrific daily activities designed to meet the special needs of campers, while challenging them and fostering independence and self-confidence. Programs include sports, arts and crafts, swimming, nature activities, archery, karate, music, and camp wide field day and carnival. At night our activities are OVER the TOP! Each night is filled with traditions like bonfire, theme dances, games, talent shows, parties and more.
