In Christ's love, the mission of The Lutheran Home Association is to provide for the spiritual, physical, mental, and emotional needs of people entrusted to our care.

Description

Located in Belle Plaine, Minnesota, The Lutheran Home Association offers a continuum of care for seniors and the developmentally disabled. On our campus, we have a skilled nursing facility, assisted and independent living senior apartments and a facility for the developmental disabled. Our care is guided by our commitment of being a place where the care of the soul is the soul of care.
