Up Center Books, an on-the-job training program and non-profit business of The Up Center, helps people with significant employment barriers succeed in the world of work.

Description

The Up Center operates a non-profit social enterprise, Up Center Books. We provide on-the-job training for poor and homeless persons. We take books donated by the public and teach our trainees the computer skills needed to sell them via the Internet. All proceeds from the enterprise support the training program.
