Fora Health, formerly known as De Paul Treatment Centers, is one of Oregon’s oldest, largest and most respected non-profit treatment centers providing treatment for substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health disorders. In our nearly 50-year history, we have helped more than 55,000 individuals change their relationship to drugs and alcohol.
Fora Health takes a trauma-informed, evidence-based approach to the treatment of drug and alcohol addiction. We offer a full continuum of care services practiced by expert staff, allowing our patients to easily transition between levels of care. By providing this, Fora Health empowers our staff and patients to develop personalized care plans that meet each person’s unique, long-term needs and build the relationships and trust that lead to successful treatment outcomes. This includes access to specialty services such as Mental Health Services and Dual Diagnosis Treatment, medications, family therapy, and peer recovery mentor services. We believe everyone has the innate ability to heal and recover, and we have the experience to walk alongside our patients and their families every step of the way.
