AARP foundation SCSEP is in the business of improving the quality of life for low-income finacially eligible seniors by assigning them to temporary subsidized training in community non profti agencies and assisting them in their search for unsubsidized jobs. We are the stewards of federal funds appropriated to recruit, train, and place eilgible persons into employment
