Enhance written and oral communication skills, improve academic grades, increase physical fitness level, offer positive alternatives to gangs, drugs and violence. Involve the studnets in voluntering through community service work, prepare the students for employment opportunities, increased experience and involvement in activities associated with the Sacramento Police Department.
