Mission Statement

The mission of Clinica Dulce Refugio is to bring health care services to a population of needy children that has little or no access to health care and to provide these services at no cost. We are dedicated to providing quality and respectful care to an indigenous population that has suffered severe discrimination and poverty.

Description

Clinica Dulce Refugio is a free children's health clinic located in Riobamba, Ecuador. We provide general health screenings, medicines, dental care, emergency care and lab tests to a largely indigenous, extremely poor population in Chimborazo province and beyond. We are currently equipping our surgical care and delivery floor to begin providing surgeries and safe child deliveries to the community. In the last four years, we have provided care to over 10,000 needy children.
