Mission Statement

Heartbeat is a life-affirming organization whose mission is to be the best source of information and support for women who are pregnant and to provide assistance to mothers, fathers, and babies in need.

Description

Heartbeat serves about 1,000 teens and young women each year. We provide free pregancy tests, ultrasounds and a chance to explore all of the options. The Heart to Heart program is an "earn while you learn" program where moms and dads earn by points by taking parenting classes on a wide-range of topics such as fetal development, health and nutrition, breastfeeding, discipline, and creating a home budget. The points earned can be used for baby items such as diapers, formula, baby clothing, strollers, high chairs, baby books, car seats and more.
