To enhance the quality of care delivered to patient/families, maximize program and family resources, and encourage community participation in delivery of hospice care. Provide patient, family and caregiver support services according to experience and training, and in compliance with company policies. Serve the program in any needed capacity for which trained and willing to serve, in areas such as patient care, bereavement care, administrative support, program development and community relations and education.
