Mission Statement

Mercy for America's Children will advocate for children awaiting adoption within our U.S. Foster care System by educating the public about the benefits of foster care adoption, reforming the adopotion process,connecting waiting children to potential adoptive families and supporting them through their adoption journey.

Description

Our organization spends a great deal of time promotin adopotion of older children within our foster care system. We educate the public at community events. In addition we provide activities for the children awaiting adoption such as Christmas parties and other community events. In addition, we conduct "Match Events" where children who are eligible for adoption can meet face to face with potential adoptive families in hopes of finding a forever family. Other activities include fundraising, support groups for those in the adoption process, info sessions for potential adoptive parents, etc...
