Description

Choice Hospice of Texas provides in-home and in-facility Palliative care and monitoring of patients with a terminal diagnosis in their final stage of life.Palliative care is an active treatment plan but its not intended to cure a patients disease. We provide skilled nurse visits,aide assistance,chaplain visits,social worker assessment and volunteers.Our volunteers are important elements of the team who are available when they are needed the most.
