Vista Del Mar’s Community of Services’ mission is to provide comprehensive, family-centered social, educational and behavioral health services that encourage children, adolescents and their families to lead self reliant, stable and productive lives.

Description

Vista Del Mar is a non-profit agency based in the heart of Los Angeles, California and has been working with the community for over 100 years in the interest of vulnerable children.

Vista Del Mar offers a range of exceptional programs in education, mental health, autism, adoption, residential care, prevention and early intervention to over 6,000 children and families annually. In addition to our 18-acre campus in West Los Angeles, we operate multiple satellite locations. These programs also extend to provide services for children within the autism spectrum.

Vista Del Mar is one of the most kind and giving organizations. Every person i have encountered has been genuine, honest and exceptionally kind. I have never met a kinder group of individuals giving their time and talents above and beyond expectations. I have not only given my time but have been blessed by their services. I travel over an hour from where i live to attend activities at Vista Del Mar. Their worth it!!! I would highly recommend Vista Del Mar as an amazing volunteer and learning opportunity!!
