Mission Statement

Our project's mission is to prepare low income community residents throughout NYS for disaster, natural or man-made. In doing so, low income residents will become empowered and self sustaining in case of disaster.

Description

Members would participate full time as a National Service volunteerwith no outside commitment. Members would recieve all training needed to complete the project successfully at no cost to them. A small living allowance, and have a choice of an education award ($4,725) or cash stipend ($1,200) at completion of service.
