The mission of the National Kidney Foundation Serving Maryland and Delaware is to prevent kidney and urinary tract diseases, improve the health and well-being of individuals and families affected by these diseases and increase the availability of all organs for transplantation.

Volunteering with the National Kidney Foundation Serving Maryland & Delaware gives you a chance to be part of that effort. Millions of Americans have some form of kidney or urologic disease. Thousands die each year while waiting for kidney transplants. Hundreds of thousands need life-sustaining dialysis treatments to stay alive.
