Mission Statement

Imago's mission is to foster a deeper harmony with Earth by providing educational experiences, creating opportunitites for discussion, community building, and conserving natural areas.

Description

Imago is a 16 acre nature preserve and educational center that teaches the community about the wonders and importance of the natural world. We teach over 10,000 schoolchildren and scout groups each year in our education programs. Our Eco-Neighborhood project is an initiative to create a revitalized urban neighborhood with a vision of a green community. Finally, the Earth Elder program seeks to reconnect Elders to the Earth and their local community.
