AFS-USA works toward a more just and peaceful world by providing international and intercultural learning experiences to indidividuals, families, schools, and communities through a global volunteer partnership.

Description

AFS provides US students a chance to increase their life experience by learning about a new culture while they live abroad with a host family. It offers families a chance to learn about another culture while hosting a student in their home.

The Volunteers we work with are committed to making the experience for both students and host families the best that they can have. Students become a part of your family--whether you host or are a liaison for them. As volunteers we also assist students who want to go abroad with AFS.
