Provide Fairfax County residents who have physical, sensory, mental, and/or developmental disabilities with comprehensive therapeutic recreation and leisure services designed to develop leisure related functional abilities; encourage the participation in a variety of recreational opportunities; promote restoration, acquisition, and application of leisure skills, knowledge, and attitudes; encourage independent leisure functioning; and encourage integration in community recreation programs.
