To foster, promote, develop and encourage the emotional, mental, social and physical welfare of young people with disabilities or other special needs.

Description

We consider ourselves as a "funder of last resort" for students enrolled at the Illinois Center for Rehabilitation and Education-Roosevelt (ICRE-R). ICRE-R is a state-run residential facility for children and young adults with severe physical disabilities and/or other health impairments. We were established with the exclusive purpose of assisting these students with expenses not covered by insurance, family, general budget or other funding sources.
