Hugh O'Brian Youth Leadership (HOBY) provides lifelong leadership development opportunities that empower individuals to achieve their highest potential. We seek to motivate and empower individuals to make a positive difference within our global society, through understanding and action, based on effective and compassionate leadership.

Description

Each spring, HOBY conducts approximately 70 Leadership Seminars throughout the US and Canada, with HOBY-style programs in Mexico, Hong Kong and Isreal. The HOBY Leadership Seminars prepare high school sophomores to become effective, ethical leaders in their school, workplace, community and home.
