Senior Partner Program

Description

Studies have shown that senior adults are able to maintain better health, greater quality of life, and are able to remain longer in the residence of their choice with the assistance of caring volunteers. The Senior Partner Program connects volunteers with local senior citizens, to provide companionship and assitance. The types of activities our volunteers engage in are: personal visits/ conversation, light housekeeping, phone contact, grocery shopping with or for seniors, help with correspondence, some local transportation, and/or a variety of other tasks. The Senior Partner Program is supported by the Family Service Division of Catholic Charities Denver.
