The HOPE Home Foundation’s mission is to empower people to create and maintain sustainable housing, enrich and revitalize communities, spur economic growth and improve their quality of life. The Foundation will provide employer assisted housing programs including education, one on one counseling and financial assistance for employees through local, state and federal programs. The Foundation will assemble professionals in the real estate industry to provide the best practices, education and benefits to consumers.

Description

We help workforce families achieve home ownership through Employer Assisted Housing Programs . Many communities have been hit hard by foreclosure and businesses are forced to leave communities due to lack of sustainable workforce . We help stabilize the workforce and sustain neighborhoods . we provide First Time Homebuyers education , downpayment assistance and counseling . We provide services for rental assistance and foreclosure prevention .Employer Assisted Housing is not a new concept and is used widely in large cities across the nation.
