Mission Statement

The Foundation for African Leadership in Business (ALB) aims to aid in the development of Africa by providing meaningful MBA scholarships for African professionals who are committed to making a difference in their home country.

Description

ALB applies the "teach a man to fish" philosophy to business in Africa. African leaders with an entrepreneurial spirit receive scholarships for an MBA, enabling them to return to Africa debt-free and create jobs throughout their careers, in large corporations and through start up organizations.

ALB Fellows are from the community and continue to work within and for their communities. Fellows have a deep understanding of their community's needs and a desire to have a postiive impact by utilizing their business education to create jobs and improve opportunities within their community and home country.
