Mission Statement

We believe that very human life has value, and -- when looking through the lens of the Eastland Disaster -- we are passionate about preserving and sharing the tens of thousands of life stories of people connected to the tragedy. The Eastland Disaster is Chicago's greatest loss-of-life tragedy.
