To improve the general welfare and quality of life for the residents of Avondale, North Woodridge and other unincorporated areas in the general vicinity; to prevent and combat community deterioration; and to promote and develop housing, recreation and economic development.

Description

Current Projects include: Neighborhood Environmental Protection, especially from high pressure natural gas transmission pipelines; fundraising, planning,and the construction of a Multi-Purpose Community Building; and, personal Economic Development education, i.e. individual skills, small business development, etc.
