To build and increase capacity within the Englewood community and to serve as a catalyst for change. To create, attract, and deliver resources to make a better Englewood. To empower citizens of Englewood to improve the quality of their own lives.

Teamwork Englewood is involved in hundreds of programs, initiatives, projects, and issues all aimed at improving the quality of life in the Greater Englewood Communities. With over 100 partner and collaborating agencies we manage, created, or support programs such as:
* Hoops In The Hood Summer Basketball Camp
*Reentry Services
*Education & Safety, Lead Health, and Urban Agriculture Task Forces
*The African American Male Initiative.
*The Golden Nuggets Girls' Leadership Program.
*The 63rd Street Center for Working Families
*Installing energy-efficient residential windows
*The Smart Communities Technology program, which includes Free Computer Classes.
