In Northern New England, we provide the following services: â ¢ Affordable Senior Housing in Saco, Augusta, Portland, Thomaston, Belfast and Peaks Island (under development) â ¢ Justice Services to men, women and youth in the criminal justice system (including intensive case management, day reporting and transitional services) â ¢ Camp P.O.S.T.C.A.R.D. for fifth and sixth graders â ¢ Residential Treatment and Transitional Housing Services for individuals with mental illness â ¢ Community Development and Community Policing Activities through our three Weed and Seed Sites (serving Sagadahoc, Lincoln and Androscoggin Counties)
