Stray Haven Humane Society & SPCA Inc is a 501(c)3 non-profit animal shelter based in Tioga County, New York. We offer the following services to our community: Animal Adoption Centers Animal Cruelty Investigation, Low Income Alteration (spay/neuter) Clinic, Humane Education, Pet Therapy, Dog Obedience Class, Pals for Seniors program, Teen Volunteering and Community Service openings
