Mission Statement

Our mission is to develop, implement and promote programs and services that support the physical, intellectual and emotional health and well-being of senior populations, and to serve as a focal point for community projects that enhance health,education,recreation and socialization for older adults in the Missoula area.

Description

We are a building that houses services for seniors so that they can have nutritious meals and companionship which keeps them connected to the community and liberates them from lonliness. Among the activities we provide are yoga, t'ai chi, art group, cards, bingo, and blood pressure screening. Also, we serve a nutritious lunch every weekday and have a thrift shop in our downstairs-all run by volunteers!
