Description

MOMS is a uniquely qualified organization providing access to prenatal care, health screenings, health education and support services to pregnant and parenting women in Orange County. Under the guidanace of a team of Registered Nureses, MOMS staff provides a consistent level of support to clients through group classes, home visits and other contacts that are efficient in these frugal health care times. Mothers and their babies receive MOMS services during pregnancy and through the baby's first birthday.
