To promote the interest and safety of the community, promote the rehabilitation of children and families, facilitate the protection of children who are abused and neglected, and facilitate the provision of services to children and families involved with the court all in accordance with the due process of the law.

Description

The Pima County Juvenile Court Center is committed to implementing effective alternative to detention programs. These programs provide our youth with vital knowledge and skills to make sound decisions in their everyday lives. As a community, we have the responsibility to ensure that these children will grow to become good citizens and not addicts or offenders. The time of a volunteer becomes invaluable in this process. Providing needed support and resources to troubled youth not only ensures a brighter future for each child, but also promises a healthier, safer environment for our entire community.
