The Interdependence Project (IDP) is a NYC not-for-profit organization providing secular Buddhist meditation, psychology, and philosophy. IDP is committed to bridging the gap between personal development and collective engagement in our world, combining the principles of mindfulness and interdependence with activism, arts, and media.

Description

The Interdependence Project (IDP) is a diverse and global community, interested in how principles of meditation and the truth of interdependence apply to daily life through such a wide variety of pursuits, including media, ecology, film, arts, activism, food, dating, and spirituality. Through contemplative practices and service, IDP encourages everyone to recognize the truth of the interconnected relationships between all living beings.
