TO DEVELOP, PROVIDE, AND MAINTAIN QUALITY SERVICES TO EMPLOY AND MAINTAIN QUALITY STAFF TO ACHIEVE AND MAINTAIN FINANCIAL STABILITY TO PROMOTE COMMUNITY AWARENESS AND ENHANCE AGENCY RECOGNITION TO PROMOTE CONSUMER SATISFACTION TO ENHANCE SERVICE DELIVERY THROUGH THE USE OF TECHNOLOGY The philosopher Vauvanrgues once said, "The greatest achievement of the human spirit is to live up to one's opportunities, and to make the most of one's resources." In many ways Vauvanrgues has spoken our mission. We want the individuals we care so much about to be successful in their achievements. In accomplishing their dreams, we will be successful in our own achievements. We have seen tremendous strides in our 50+ years.
