TBB-SC connects people to resources through a FREE, web-based service. No longer do people have to wait in lines at several different agencies or figure out what benefits are available to them. We partner with agencies to ensure we are compliant with their rules and regulations.

Our service can predict potential eligibility and then we can help clients complete applications for important benefits during ONE interview with them.

In addition, individuals making $60,000 or less can file their state and federal taxes by themselves or with the assistance of a TBB-SC counselor--for FREE. Our 'self-serve’ option gives people the freedom to file their taxes (electronically or paper) on their own. Refunds are returned in ten days or less. No hidden fees.

Our volunteer counselors can help clients complete applications that are legible, thorough and accurate. We also provide follow-up instructions so that clients are prepared to work with the agencies. TBB-SC counselors can be found throughout South Carolina--virtually anywhere people work, live, pray or play.
