The Outreach Community Center in Carol Stream began in 1986. Today, it is a multi-purpose, neighborhood resource center that supports residents in Carol Stream. It is located in the heart of a diverse community where incomes are modest, up to 28 languages are spoken and single parents lead more than 40 percent of the households.
