Mission Statement

The Write Note Foundation exists to create, develop and implement educationally relevant musical activities that foster vital relationships among youth, youth-at-risk, and their families. Our ultimate goal is to encourage emotional, social, and spiritual growth in youth and adolescents by enabling youth to experience and incorporate the five pillars of character: Respect, Courtesy, Fairness, Honesty, and Patience. Write Note also strives to incorporate musical activities into the area of health care and rehabilitation by creating tools for health care professionals and organizations to use as a therapeutic catalyst in the ongoing treatment of physical, emotional and genetic disorders. Write Note views the incorporation of technology and music into our lives as a responsibility predicated on the sharing of knowledge and the desire to bring arts into the lives of everyone in order to build more productive and satisfying lives. Write Note accomplishes its goals and objectives through our musical recording studio program "Reach & Teach" and its online off-site counterpart "SongJam" two ongoing projects that use music to help boys and girls realize their creative potential, learn new skills, and gain self-esteem.
