The Foundations mission is to lessen human suffering and improve the quality of life for our people by lowering the risk of cardiovascular disease through prevention, research and education.

Description

Our Community Health Programs include Educational Lectures, Health Screenings (body fat testing and blood pressure checks), Counseling, Healthy Heart Nutrition Program, Educational Literature, Referral Services, an Interactive Website, Online Health Information and Fundraisers.
