Description

Our Goals are to increase community awareness and knowledge of developmental disabilities, to support service providers and individuals for projects and special needs, and to sponsor and support expansion of services (housing, spirituality, employment, transportation, recreation, education, self-advocacy). Current priorities include FAS prevention and education, training for people with disabilities and family members, community building (with a focus on inclusive recreation and religion), assistance with guardianship and alternatives, and promoting self-advocacy. Most work is done through coalitions of people and organizations with similar goals.
