Description

TOCINET offers platform for CSOs to engage duty bearers of propoor policy issues, protection and promotion of human rightsand good governance. These include areas like, civic education, training in right based approach to development, community anticorruption initiatives, advocacy against domestic violence; HIV ?AIDS and human rights, women property rights. TOCINET has 177 member organizations spread all over Tororo district in eastern Uganda; this is one of the poorest district, from the poorest region.
