Connections Area Agency on Aging

Connections Area Agency on Aging , Inc is part of a national network of over 650 area agencies on aging. We are governed by the Older Americans Act, which Congress first passed in 1965. The nationwide network is there to work with seniors and their families in finding services that will allow them to remain independent and in their own homes for as long as possible.

Connections Area Agency on Aging is one of six area agencies on aging serving Iowa. Our service area includes the following counties: Cass, Fremont, Harrison, Mills, Montgomery, Page, Pottawattamie, Shelby, Plymouth, Cherokee, Woodbury, Ida, Monona, Adair, Adams, Union, Clarke, Taylor, Ringgold and Decatur Counties.
