Mission Statement

Extend-A-Care for Kids supports families, schools, employers and communities by providing licensed child care for elementary-school children which is enriching and affordable.

Description

The program is located in the Austin, Del Valle, and Hays Independent School Districts. A variety of outdoor and indoor activities including science and math projects, supervised sports, field trips, creative arts, music area, and time for reading and homework. Optional all-day care is provided for most student holidays and for winter and spring breaks and in the summer.
