Our mission is to partner with the people of Vietnam to improve their health, education, and economic conditions in an effort to eradicate poverty and to help them achieve self-sufficiency.

Description

The East Meets West Foundation was established in 1988 and is currently the largest American non-profit, non-governmental organization with active programs and projects in Vietnam. East Meets West works in three areas of development: Disadvantaged Families, Community Development, and Health and Well-being. Our projects range in scale from smaller grassroots projects such as home construction, clean water delivery systems, micro-credit programs, and school construction to large scale infrastructure projects such as the Danang University Learning Resource Center and the Hue Central Hospital
