Echo Rock Therapy Center increases happiness and improves the lives of SF Bay Area residences. Modalities include LENS neurofeedback, counseling, research, education and treatment.

Description

Echo Rock provides a medical- breakthrough service called LENS neurofeedback. It's an EEG program that passively mirrors brainwaves, triggering a "reboot" in the brain that optimizes mental functioning, addressing symptoms such as:

- Anxiety, depression, fear, aversion and anger

- ADHD, foggy thinking, memory,

- Energy, motivation, sleep

- PTSD, concussions/ traumatic brain injury

- seizures, strokes and migraines

- OCD, addiction recovery

- Faster, easier thinking

Since 1983 we have also offered individual, couple, and group counseling and therapist training, as well as traditional Buddhist insight meditation.
